KLUE Event Part 2 - White Chocolate Truffles

Part 2!! Here's an interesting part, one of the master taught us on the process of making White chocolate truffles. This is one major attraction that nite anyway. Managed to snap some pics for each of the steps hehe! Here's only the general steps, for more info please refer to professionals lolx!

Step 1: The ingredients of coz haha! You'll need to prepare a
1. bowl of water
2. pure white choco
3. slab of cheese
4. sprinkled nuts
5. a carton of milk

I think that's all if i still remember hehe~


Step 2: Prepare the water and boiled it in luke-warm temperature, u dun have to boil it 100 celcious. Then u'll have to get the pure white chocolate and 1/3 of the slab of cheese. And melt it on the water. (i did not take pics of the cheese-melting/choco-melting process, my bad :p)


Step 3: Next, pour it on a tray and pour some milk on it. Following to that is to heat it in the microwave for 5-10mins to make sure it is melted and dry.


Step 4: Took the melted choco off the microwave and u'll have to put it in the fridge for one day. It will look like a piece of frozen slab as shown on da pic. But its not hard, its soft like dough..


Step 5: What i see is that, the frozen choco has to be cut into few pieces, and grab each pieces in the size of the thumb. Rolled into a shape of a truffle and dip it in a pool of nuts, as shown on da pic.


Step 6: Final step? Place it nicely and its ready to be eaten!!

Surely there are full of questions on this whole process, but i cant remember each steps in detail. So this is all i know haha!

That's all the servings for the nite that day. I might think of going there again if i feel like eating desserts next time haha!
