Icy hunt!

Malaysia is a freakin' hot country...so when someone is feeling hot and thirsty/hungry...they need to eat something. And this solution helps to promotes ice cream!!! lolx!!

I went to 1U with my family last weekend, and had tis sudden craving for ice creams, so we decided to stop by here :-




This is going to help us to increase weight too, all the sweetish we are having hahaha!
Some of the varieties we had that day...

Chocolate Waffle (and it goes like this, initially i wanted to order Banana Walnut Choco waffle, but they were out of banana, wth!!)



And its call WW Tower, mixture of strawberry, blueberry, choco shakes together lolx!

Ohh rite...my sistah ordered Carbonara Spaghetti with Ham, well i dun like it but i'll still post it anyway, believe some ppl stil LOVE carbonara! ><"

Well, here 's basically how i rate it in overall~ :)

* Very Bad; ***** Very Good

Presentation: ****
(Food presentation was quite good, it makes the food looks tasty...resto tat cant cook nice food, should try follow this tip to at least make ppl eat the food lolx!)

Quality: ***
(It tastes average, i wouldnt rate it as extremely perfect...if it was good i suppose there are always plenty of ppl queuing up haha!)

Price: **
(I wouldn't say its da cheapest dessert spot in town lolx, the price was normal for an above-average dessert station...come here when ur pocket is at least full).

I went out with my frenz for dinner and hangouts..~ And today i learnt sumthin valuable from them...
See that people live different life and experience different things. I will always like to listen to what they have to share and somehow learn something from what they have involved themselves into.

Here's one thing i realize i must start to realize and do!
Being myself for so many years, i am not young anymore and its time to realize the commitment i should be putting myself in...

Therefore, its time for myself to fully concentrate all my attention on my career...

Other things can wait and for this moment i i should just put it aside.

Without a stable career and stepping stone, i would not go anywhere. Most important i will not be heading to some other things i wanna do...

*this post may be boring, but its part of my thinking and motivation to move one step ahead*

here i find this words from a friend of mine. Which is kinda interesting...

Sometimes we know that certain things should be done. But we did not realize that we're not doing it at all.
Eg. we know that we need to have good attitude to do our work. But we didn realize that we are not doin it correctly...

When u put a smile on ur face....

Today i was on my way back home, packed like canned sardines inside the train, and bored.
And here i saw this office lady, she looked kinda younger than me~
What intrigues me to blog about this is her look on her face, lolx! I wasn't saying i had a crush haha!
Its the fact that this lady smiled to almost everyone inside the train. She looks happy, but i was so curious, is she in a hypo mood...??

Thinking too much and i was actually lookin' at her, feeling weird, "why is she smiling at everyone? she striked a lottery or sumthin?"

While i was watching, she looked up and stare at me giving me the same smile.
Maybe i think she's weird, but seeing that smile made me feel good.


Its how natural how a human reacts...whenever ppl smile at u, ur mood will at least feel slightly better~ He/she might nt noe u but nothing wrong putting a smile.
I've been thinking maybe chances of feeling all moody or down is reduced if you can at least pull up a smile.

*A smile costs Nothing But a tear's cost is not being happy *

*A smile happens in a flash but its memory can last for a lifetime.*

*Smile, you never know that it actually makes u feel so much better. Its contagious!*

I watch Watchmen

This is considered the 1st superhero blockbuster for year 2009! People have been waiting for half a year for this ever since its teaser, so much hype, so much thrill!

And i finally watched Watchmen lolx! However it was a long-winding movie 2.5 hrs movie hehe!
and i watched it during midnite, a day after i worked whole afternoon...and i was sooo tired...!

For some slight intro bout the origin of Watchmen, the whole packaged of movie is actually gathered from a comic under license of DC Comics. (Suppose DC Comics is popular for its series of Superman, Batman, Justice League, etc....however Watchmen is considered another product and its stories are unrelated to Batman, or any other superheroes of DC ).

After finish watching i find it okie, since i always like superhero movies...~

Movie is dark, compelling, complicated....and finally it is not some typical kick-baddie's ass superhero movie. Some people who wanted/expect more actions in a superhero movie seems to be disappointed bout this one.

Movie brings u back to the mid-80s age, and it also critic about the previous ex-president US, Nixon.

U will find this one with some sex and gore scenes haha! Which creates some flavor in the movie~

A philosophy from a fren :)

This fren of mine, Pocky who suddenly come up with a philosophy, it was surprising to have got these sentences from him (someone who is always crazy) hehe...
It is difficult at times to understand everything :p

I wanna show it to ppl who are reading my blog, becoz its meaningful

How to tell wat a girl/guy is thinking??

2day i was bored, and there's nothing much i can blog about today....
And so i come to think of finding sumthin to post here.


HOW TO TELL IF A GUY LIKES A GIRL^^
1.The guy will try to make you laugh.

2.He'll flirt with you when he can.

3.He might try to show off around you.

4.He'll help you out, if you ask for it.

5.He'll stick up for you when you need it most.

6.He'll be friendly to you and all your friends.

7.He might call you for no good reason.

8.He might make fun of you, in a joking way.

9.He'll tell you that you did good, even if you did horrible.

10.He'll make eye contact with a happy grin on his face.



HOW TO TELL IF A GIRL LIKES A GUY^^
1.The girl will laugh at all your jokes.

2.She'll stare at you with a smile on her face.

3.She'll ask you who you like, continuously.

4.She might try to make you jealous

5.She'll beg that you do everything for her.

6.She might start talking to your friends.

KLUE Event Part 2 - White Chocolate Truffles

Part 2!! Here's an interesting part, one of the master taught us on the process of making White chocolate truffles. This is one major attraction that nite anyway. Managed to snap some pics for each of the steps hehe! Here's only the general steps, for more info please refer to professionals lolx!

Step 1: The ingredients of coz haha! You'll need to prepare a
1. bowl of water
2. pure white choco
3. slab of cheese
4. sprinkled nuts
5. a carton of milk

I think that's all if i still remember hehe~


Step 2: Prepare the water and boiled it in luke-warm temperature, u dun have to boil it 100 celcious. Then u'll have to get the pure white chocolate and 1/3 of the slab of cheese. And melt it on the water. (i did not take pics of the cheese-melting/choco-melting process, my bad :p)


Step 3: Next, pour it on a tray and pour some milk on it. Following to that is to heat it in the microwave for 5-10mins to make sure it is melted and dry.


Step 4: Took the melted choco off the microwave and u'll have to put it in the fridge for one day. It will look like a piece of frozen slab as shown on da pic. But its not hard, its soft like dough..


Step 5: What i see is that, the frozen choco has to be cut into few pieces, and grab each pieces in the size of the thumb. Rolled into a shape of a truffle and dip it in a pool of nuts, as shown on da pic.


Step 6: Final step? Place it nicely and its ready to be eaten!!

Surely there are full of questions on this whole process, but i cant remember each steps in detail. So this is all i know haha!

That's all the servings for the nite that day. I might think of going there again if i feel like eating desserts next time haha!

KLUE Event Part 1 - Theme is "F.O.O.D"!

There's so many different things to be posted, and i have to divide it into different parts lolx!!
Last week i went to this event organized by KLUE magazine. They have different theme for their own events every week, consequently.
Little did i know that this week's theme is FOOD! hahaha~ without a single second of hesitation i was lucky to have receive invitation.

Main focus of this event was to promote the delicacies in this cafe, DELIcious. And do not be surprised, on that very day we dun get to eat normal food lolx! They were serving light food of various taste and flavors, it is uniqueness that credits on the food they're serving.
Some of the servings does taste weird, but it was a different experience on delicacy (physically and also on my tastebud hahahaa).


Top left: Grilled kebab stick sweeten with lemon sauce.
Top right: Tis is a common drummy, Chicken drummy dip with mayo.
Bottom: I find tis unique hehe. Its pancake topped with fresh salmon, mayonaise sauce and lemon grass + avocado.


I dunno what to call this....its filing is green in color and its sweet. And its shell tastes like hardened marshmallow (and it has black pepper on top!!) i cant say its da best snack/dessert i ever had ><"


Grilled salmon with cream~ yea. But it doesnt taste salty... It is salmon with chocolate & butter cream...! Its topping are mashed vege and dried strawberry. It tastes absolutely different and weird lolx!


It doesn't look nice coz i've drank halfway before snapping XD. Showed here, cookies n cream with light rum (liquor).


*sadly didn't manage to snap pics of some other foods: potato wedges, dark choco truffles, eggtarts, as well as yogurt with coffee powder and choco*



At least something tat looks normal are the cakes, lolx! So i took pics of two flavors tat fascinates me :)


People say French serves the best bread & pastries in town, now i see these in different shapes and sizes.

Chicken wars

We had free lunch last friday, and company ordered 3 buckets of KFC fried chicky. And a cheese cake to celeb bday of one of the boss.

3 buckets of fried chicken for 14 ppl lolx! Well, we cant finish up and everyone is soooo full, in the end we still have to 'sapu' all. (its a waste if we dun finish it up).


After finished our lunch session, there's still 1 bucket left with 8 fried chickens. So in the end, me and my colleague did da job to clean up the bucket lolx!!

I had 6 pieces of chickens n 3 slices of mild tiramisu cheesey cake that day....and i called it a day. No more KFC for a week LOLX!
i'll suggest tat company dun order so many buckets when there are not alot of barbarians in the company. haha!
